Big Mood Widgets privacy policy

Last updated October 23, 2026. Big Mood Widgets is provided by C&S Ventures of Polk LLC.

Information on your device

Clock preferences, battery readings, widget appearance, countdown names and dates, and selected weather locations are stored on your device. We do not upload countdown events or battery readings. Removing a widget removes its individual settings; clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the app’s local settings and forecast cache. Android backup is disabled for this app.

Weather and city search

Weather is optional. When you choose a location, the app sends coordinates rounded to an approximately 2.2 km north–south grid to our weather gateway at syncmailapp.com over HTTPS. The gateway obtains forecast data from MET Norway and caches it by area. It does not receive your countdown names or other widgets’ settings. A manually selected weather location is not necessarily your device’s current location. Follow my location is optional and requests approximate location. If you separately allow background location, scheduled weather checks can follow your approximate area while the app is closed. The app stores only the latest area locally, not a travel history. Rounded coordinates are also sent to Android’s geocoding provider to name the area. You can disable following in the widget settings or revoke location permission in Android settings.

City searches use Android’s geocoding provider, which receives the search text according to that provider’s privacy practices. You can enter coordinates instead. Forecast requests and their approximate areas may be retained in the gateway’s shared cache; they are not connected to a customer profile.

Installation verification and security

Weather access uses Google Play Integrity to verify the app and its Play license. Google processes installation, device and account integrity signals under its privacy policies. Our server verifies the resulting token and uses a temporary token hash to prevent replay. It does not store raw integrity tokens, your Google account email, payment details or an order number. Replay hashes expire after ten minutes and are removed during subsequent requests; daily aggregate verification counters are kept for up to three days.

The hosting service processes network addresses and request times for operation and security. Web-server logs may retain this information under the host’s log rotation settings. They are not used for advertising or to build a customer profile.

No advertising or analytics

The app has no advertising or analytics SDKs, accounts, subscriptions, or contact-list access. Google Play handles purchases separately under its own policies. We do not sell personal information.

Optional external links

The About screen links to Big Mood Icons on Google Play, The Moonlight Mystery Crew on YouTube, and MET Norway. These services have their own privacy practices. Following these links is optional.

Your choices and contact

You may use the local clock, battery and countdown widgets without enabling weather. Change or remove a weather widget to stop that widget’s scheduled forecast requests. For privacy questions, contact support@fullscopepos.com. You may clear app storage or uninstall to remove device data; operational logs and unlinked shared forecast data are managed separately as described above.

Forecast data is based on MET Norway, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Locations are rounded and forecast fields reformatted.
