Using the pack
Browsing icons and previewing the bundled wallpapers happens on your device. No account is required. Big Mood does not read your email, messages, contacts or current wallpaper. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
When you choose missing apps, Big Mood reads the launchable app names and identifiers visible to it on your device to identify icons that need artwork. This list is processed locally. We do not upload your complete installed-app list.
Optional icon requests
Only when you review and send a request does Big Mood send your selected app or idea names, relevant package/activity identifiers, optional notes, app version, request timestamps and a random submission identifier to our service at syncmailapp.com over HTTPS. We use these selections to plan icon updates, organize the request queue and handle retries without counting the same batch twice. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in notes.
The app saves draft and pending requests locally. A receipt confirms that a batch reached our server. Failed submissions remain available for retry. If you export a request file, the file is written to the destination you choose in Android's file picker.
Service security and access
Our hosting infrastructure receives network information such as your IP address when you connect. The request service uses derived, hourly identifiers for rate limiting. Web-server access logs may retain network information for operation and security; they are managed through the hosting server's log rotation. We do not derive or use your location from your IP address.
Request data is accessible to authorized administrators and hosting providers as needed to operate the service. The request database is kept separately from SyncMail account data. We do not sell request data or use it for advertising. Big Mood does not send request data to an image-generation service; artwork production is a separate developer workflow.
Wallpapers
Big Mood shares only your selected bundled image with Android's wallpaper picker using temporary read permission. You choose whether to confirm the wallpaper change. Icon-pack application is controlled by your compatible launcher.
Retention and removal
Local drafts remain until you remove them, send them successfully, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. A saved receipt remains locally until storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Exported files remain wherever you saved them until you delete them.
Submitted requests remain in our icon-planning queue until removed; there is no automatic expiry of submissions. You can request removal at any time. Routine database backups are retained for up to 30 days, so deleted records may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire. Security logs are kept separately and may be retained as needed to investigate abuse or meet legal obligations.
Request deletion
Email support@fullscopepos.com with the subject “Delete Big Mood request” and your receipt, shown on the Requests page after delivery. We use that receipt to locate and remove the submitted batch and its notes. If you have lost the receipt, contact us with the approximate date and the selections so we can help locate the submission. No Big Mood account is needed.
After a deletion, an old local pending submission should not be retried. Deleting request records does not remove artwork already included in the icon pack. We apply completed deletion requests again if an older database backup is restored.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy. Privacy and support: support@fullscopepos.com.
