FULL SCOPE MESSAGES — PRIVACY NOTICE

Provider and contact
Full Scope Messages is provided by C&S Ventures of Polk LLC, 106 Leslie Ave, Winter Haven, Florida 33880-1229, United States. Contact support@fullscopepos.com for support or privacy questions.

Messages and recipients
The app accesses Android's shared SMS/MMS message storage to display conversations, send and receive carrier messages, update read status, and delete messages when you choose. Message content, attachments and recipient numbers pass through Android's telephony services and your mobile carrier to provide messaging. SMS/MMS is not end-to-end encrypted. Carrier charges, retention policies and size limits apply. RCS is not supported.

Contacts and phone information
With your permission, contacts and contact photos are read on your device for recipient suggestions and conversation names. Contacts are not uploaded to a developer server. Selected recipient numbers are used to send messages. Phone-state access supports identifying available subscriptions and choosing a SIM. Notifications may show message previews according to your Android notification settings.

Photos and local storage
Photos you select can be used as local backgrounds or sent as MMS attachments. Background copies, text drafts, appearance preferences, folder assignments, local block/spam rules, protection settings, and transfer/notification bookkeeping are stored on your device. Outgoing or downloaded MMS may use temporary local transfer files. Saving a received photo writes a copy to Pictures/Full Scope Messages, where other apps with the appropriate access may see it. Attached draft photos currently need to be selected again if the app process closes.

Private conversations
Private conversations are hidden from this app's ordinary inbox and opened through Android's biometric or device-credential prompt. The app does not receive your fingerprint, PIN or password. This feature controls access within Full Scope Messages; it is not a separate encrypted vault. SMS/MMS remain in Android's shared message store and can be accessible to other authorized SMS apps. Deletion protection only guards deletion through this app.

Servers, advertising and purchases
This build has no developer-operated messaging server, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or remote crash-reporting SDK. The developer does not receive your message history, address book or photos through an app backend. Google Play handles store purchases under Google's privacy policy. There is no Full Scope Messages account or account-registration requirement.

Links and external apps
Opening a message link, map address, support email or web page hands the selected information to an external app or website. Their privacy practices apply. The app does not automatically open message links.

Retention and removal
Shared SMS/MMS remain until deleted through an authorized messaging app or otherwise managed by Android. Moving a conversation to the optional Trash folder hides it locally; it does not erase its messages. Permanent deletion removes the selected records from Android's shared message storage, but cannot delete copies held by recipients, carriers or other backups. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes app-local settings, background copies, text drafts and bookkeeping; it does not by itself delete shared SMS/MMS or photos exported to Pictures. Remove exported photos with your gallery or file manager. Backgrounds can be reset in Appearance or conversation customization. Changing the default app or revoking permissions stops the corresponding access. Android backup is disabled for this app.

Support correspondence
If you email support, we receive the details and attachments you choose to send. Avoid including private messages unless necessary. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; contact us to request its deletion. No background app upload of support data occurs.

Children and changes
This is a general-purpose messaging app, not a service directed to children. We will update this notice when data handling changes, with a revised effective date.
