Install and activate
- Purchase or restore SyncMail from Google Play on an Android device.
- Download and run the Windows installer above.
- If Windows Security asks whether SyncMail can communicate through the firewall, select Private networks and choose Allow access. Public-network access is not required.
- Open SyncMail and enter the same email address used to link the Google Play purchase.
- Enter the short verification code sent to that email address.
Why the firewall prompt appears: SyncMail needs an internet connection to reach your email provider, complete provider sign-in, check the SyncMail license, and download messages. You do not need to turn off Windows Firewall. If you previously chose Block, allow SyncMail on private networks in Windows Security before signing in.
Windows may show “Unknown publisher”
This initial Windows release is intentionally unsigned. Download it only from syncmailapp.com. In Windows SmartScreen, choose More info, confirm the filename and checksum below, then choose Run anyway.

In SyncMail, open About SyncMail and choose Report a problem. Save the diagnostic report, then attach it to an email to support@fullscopepos.com. Tell us which mail provider was involved, what you clicked, what happened, and about when it happened. Never send your mailbox password or verification code.
